Anyone can workout at home and set their own pace unless otherwise advised by their physician, due to serious health reasons.

Beginners:  For the ones who are just getting started, hasn't exercised in the past six months and are seriously overweight.

Intermediate: Physically quite active. Takes part in sports, fitness, dance or some sought of physical exercise several times a week.

Advanced: Physically very active. One who has been taking part in sports and other fitness four or more times per week in the past 6 months.

Customer credit cards will be billed as Fitness Gurus.

Shipping: Orders received by 6p.m. (EST) are shipped on the next business day. All other orders are shipped within 48 hours. All orders are shipped via USPS. We ship Worldwide.
